Biography

Laura took her first steps in the world of performance in Italy, her native land, at the age of 19 while
discovering street theatre, as a juggler and fire dancer. She then took acting classes, notably at the
« Scuola dell’Attore » run by the company TTB di Bergamo in 2009, where she learned the performance
skills specific to this company (stilts, actor training, voice and the classical Indian dance, Baratha Natyam
style). At the same time she worked with local organizations, companies and associations on outdoor
shows, mixing theatre, circus and music, as well as commedia dell'arte and storytelling. And it is for the
circus that she has had a strong attraction since she was little, and she gets a real pleasure from hanging
with her head upside down. This led her to leave for the cold land of Russia in 2010, to specialize in aerial
disciplines (silks and hoop, as well as trapeze and classical dance) at the "GUTSEJ" circus school in Moscow.

She graduated from the Italian Gymnastics Federation as an artistic and rhythmic gymnastics teacher.
She has given regular lessons in this discipline in sports clubs in Italy, as well as numerous introductory
circus workshops, and courses on aerials disciplines and theater lessons.
A mix of theatre and circus disciplines is the central focus of her work, both for the projects she is part

of and for teaching.
Her French adventure began in 2013 when she first joined the company "Le cirque Bidon" as an aerial
acrobate and actress, along their horse-drawn tours in France and Italy and she remained with the
company for 4 years.
She then joined a collective of multidisciplinary artists "Le Cabaret d'Hiver",which organizes a
multidisciplinary show every winter in the French region of Limousin.
In 2019, she joined the Italian company "Pantakin Teatro" for the creation of the show "Leo", dedicated to
Leonardo Da Vinci, which premiered at the Naples International Theatre Festival: Napoli Teatro Festival.
In 2022, she joined the company "Cooperative 326, Lambert-wild, Malaguerra and associates"

for the show UBU Cabaret. Inspired by the works of Alfred Jarry, it is a theatre work that mixes the universes

of cabaret, drag queens, circus and, obviously, theater.
In 2018, with a colleague, she co-founded the comedy theater duo Compagnie 12.0.
In 2020/21 their first theatre and circus show was born.
She continues to train in order to broaden her skill set, by enrolling in training courses (singing, cinema,
theatre) and by regularly taking dance lessons and sharing good training sessions with her colleagues, not
forgetting that, for pleasure, she also sings in a popular Italian choir!
